Our Mission
The Trinity Jubilee Center addresses the unmet needs of Lewiston-Auburn residents through comprehensive services that meet basic needs, help people achieve and maintain stability, and support people in their work towards self-sufficiency.
The Center continues to grow…
For three decades our programs grew, far outgrowing our original space in the basement of a church. Food distributions were held outdoors, medical, mental health, and substance misuse services were limited by a lack of private meeting rooms. The space was cramped, had no ventilation, and was not accessible for guests with mobility challenges. In late 2024 we broke ground on a new facility and in February 2026 the doors opened. The new building offers nearly four times the space. The Day Shelter expanded to include a shower and laundry. There is a dedicated medical clinic room and several private meeting rooms for client meetings with mental health and substance misuse providers. A large room hosts indoor food distributions and can be used by partner agencies for workshops and classes. More work stations are added to the office to assist more people with employment.
